IT Julian Soft SIA is a Latvian development studio building three things extremely well: online stores that sell, landing pages that convert, and SaaS platforms that scale. Fixed price agreed up front. Deployed, documented, handed over.
[ 01 ] What we build
No open-ended retainers and no vague statements of work. Every engagement lands as a defined deliverable with a fixed figure attached to it.
Setup and deep customization of an online store application — product catalog database, shopping-cart logic and inventory sync, wired to a live payment gateway.
UI/UX design and frontend for a conversion-focused single page — clean HTML/CSS/JS with a lead-generation form, a database behind it and analytics on top.
Architecture design and backend for a cloud-based platform — multi-tenant database, secure authentication and subscription logic, deployed to production.
The final scope, total price and applicable tax treatment are confirmed in the written quote before you order.
SELF-SERVICE · NEW
Create an account, choose a prepaid Site Check plan and run automated checks on your public webpages. Get availability, HTTPS and essential SEO findings, plus AI improvement plans, SEO content, copy editing and landing-page drafts — without booking a call.
All four AI tools are included in every plan. Website checks: Basic 30/month · Pro 120 · VIP 300. From €9.66 for one month. Access is prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months, with no automatic renewal.

Site Check is a separate automated product. The managed website care plans below still include work by our team and are ordered separately.
[ 02 ] After handover
The build is yours the day it ships. If you would rather not run it alone, put it on a plan — patches, backups and a person to write to. Still no open-ended retainer: a plan runs for the period you paid for and stops there.
For a single site that mainly needs to stay online, patched and backed up.
Every month, on every plan
For a site that keeps changing — copy, prices and pages that need editing.
Everything in Basic, plus
For a system the business runs on, where an hour of downtime costs more than the plan.
Everything in Pro, plus
Pay once in EUR for 1, 3 or 12 months. The term starts immediately after successful payment and ends automatically. No subscription, automatic renewal or recurring charge. Monthly figures are price comparisons; the button shows the full prepaid total, including any applicable taxes. Plan scope · Withdrawal and refunds.
[ 03 ] How we work
Everything is written so another developer could pick it up tomorrow. That is the standard, whether the project costs €700 or €1 500.
The quote states the scope, the execution, the result and the deliverable. If it is on the invoice, it is in the build.
Conventional structure, no exotic dependencies, no obfuscation. You get the repository and the right to keep working in it.
Projects end on live infrastructure — your hosting, your cloud account, your domain — with DNS pointed and SSL active.
Hashed credentials, scoped access tokens, HTTPS everywhere and payment data that never touches our servers.
You talk to the person writing the code. No account managers relaying requirements through a queue.
A registered Latvian company, EU contract law, GDPR-aligned data handling and euro invoicing through SEB banka.
[ 04 ] The process
Four stages, and you always know which one you are in.
Start at stage oneYou describe the outcome you need. We turn it into a written scope — what is included, what is explicitly not, and what the finished thing does.
A single figure in EUR, payable in one transfer before work starts, within five days of the invoice date. No hourly drift.
Development against the agreed scope, with a staging link you can open at any point. Feedback rounds are part of the price.
Production deployment on your infrastructure, DNS and SSL configured, credentials transferred, source code yours.

[ 05 ] Client feedback
“The store went live with the catalog, cart and Stripe checkout all working on day one. What I appreciated most was the inventory sync — I stopped selling things I did not have in stock. Automated order emails were included without me having to ask.”
“One page, but it does the job. It loads fast on a phone, the lead form writes straight into a database instead of my inbox, and the analytics finally tell me which ad actually brought the enquiry. Deployment and the domain were handled for me.”
“We needed a multi-tenant setup where each client's data stays isolated, plus billing that runs itself. The architecture was explained to me in plain language before a line was written, and it shipped to our own cloud account, not somebody else's.”
[ 06 ] Questions
Website care plans are paid once by card through Stripe for 1, 3 or 12 months, starting immediately after successful payment. They end automatically, with no recurring charge. The full price is shown before payment. Custom development is paid as specified in the agreed quote and invoice, including bank transfer where agreed. See the payment terms and cancellation and refund policy.
Yes. Once the invoice is settled and the project is handed over, the source code and the deployment are yours. We do not hold your repository, your hosting account or your domain hostage.
Describe it anyway. The three tracks cover most requests, but scope and price are always agreed per project — a custom brief simply gets a custom quote in the same fixed-price format.
On infrastructure you control. For landing pages that usually means your existing hosting with DNS pointed to it; for SaaS work we deploy to your AWS, DigitalOcean or Google Cloud account. You keep the billing relationship and the root credentials.
Yes. We are an EU-registered company invoicing in euro, and we work remotely across the European Union. Contract language and correspondence are available in English and Latvian.

Send the brief. You get a written scope and a fixed price back — not a discovery call that turns into three more discovery calls.
