[ 01 ]  What this covers

The four lines that go on the invoice

This is the exact specification quoted for S/02. Nothing here is aspirational — it is what the fixed price is measured against on delivery.

Scope

UI/UX design and frontend for a conversion-focused single page.

Execution

Clean HTML/CSS/JS with lead-generation form and database.

Result

High-converting, mobile-optimized page with web analytics.

Deliverable

Deployment to client hosting with DNS/domain connection.

[ 02 ]  What you get

Eight parts, one page

A landing page is not a template with your logo on it. Each of these is built for the offer you are actually running.

UI/UX design

Layout, hierarchy and typography designed around one action. The offer, the proof and the form land in the order a visitor reads them.

Mobile-first frontend

Designed at phone width first, then expanded. Tap targets, form fields and the call to action work with a thumb, not just a mouse.

Hand-written HTML/CSS/JS

No page-builder bloat and no plugin stack to maintain. The markup is readable, the stylesheet is yours, and nothing loads that the page does not use.

Lead-generation form

Only the fields you will actually use, with inline validation, server-side checks and quiet spam filtering that does not make humans solve puzzles.

Database storage

Every submission is written to a database with its timestamp and source, so an enquiry is never lost to a spam folder or an inbox rule.

Web analytics wiring

Analytics installed and a conversion event fired on a successful submission, so you can tell which campaign paid for itself and which did not.

Core Web Vitals

Compressed and correctly sized images, no render-blocking clutter, stable layout while loading. Speed is treated as part of the build, not an afterthought.

Deployment to your hosting

Published on your own hosting account with the DNS records pointed at it and SSL active. You keep the domain, the billing and the credentials.

[ 03 ]  How it ships

Five stages, in order

Nothing gets styled before the argument works, and nothing goes live before the form does.

01

Message & offer

We agree what the page is selling, who it is speaking to and what counts as a conversion — a call, a quote request, a booking. Everything after this is measured against that one action.

02

Wireframe

Section order and content blocks first, in plain grey boxes. It is far cheaper to move an argument around at this stage than after it has been designed and built.

03

Design & build

UI/UX design applied to the approved wireframe, then written as hand-coded HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You get a staging link and feedback rounds inside the agreed scope.

04

Form & analytics

The lead form is connected to its database table, notifications are set up, and analytics with a conversion event are installed and tested with real submissions.

05

Deploy to your domain

Deployment to your hosting, DNS and domain connected, SSL active, source code and access handed over. The page goes live under your name, not ours.

[ 04 ]  Fixed price

Included in the fixed price from €700

The figure quoted is the figure invoiced. Hosting fees, domain registration and any paid third-party service stay in your own accounts, so there is nothing for us to mark up.

[ 05 ]  Client feedback

One page, one job

“Most of my traffic is people on a phone during their lunch break, and the old site made them wait — this one is up before they lose interest. The lead form writes straight into a database, so I stopped losing enquiries to my inbox, and I can see the exact moment someone submits it. The share of visitors who actually get in touch is noticeably higher than anything we had before.”

[ 06 ]  Questions

Before you write in

The scope at the €700 starting price is one page, plus the small supporting pages a live site needs — a thank-you state after submission and the legal pages. If you need additional content pages, they are quoted as an extension of the same fixed-price scope before work starts, so the figure never moves mid-build.

We structure it and we will rewrite headlines, section order and the call to action so the argument reads in the right sequence. What we cannot invent is your product knowledge, your prices or your proof — those come from you, in whatever rough form you have them, and we shape them into the page.

Yes, provided your CRM or mailing-list provider exposes an API or accepts a webhook. The submission is always written to your own database first, then forwarded on — so if the third-party service is down or you change provider later, the lead still exists and nothing is lost.

Running and interpreting tests is not part of the delivery quoted from €700, but the page is built so it can be tested: analytics and the conversion event are already in place, and headlines, images and the call to action sit in blocks that can be swapped without touching the rest of the markup. Test setup and ongoing iteration are quoted separately.
